A water treatment company specializing in the installation of RainSoft water softeners and Reverse Osmosis systems. Helps prevent damage to hair, skin and home appliances for people living in hard water areas.

I was the Social Media Director responsible for both organic and paid social. I built the strategy + filmed, photographed and wrote all content. In my time there, I re-built the entire social strategy to include 3 main content pillars - Education (what is hard water, do you have it, why do you need this product if so), Testimonials (telling stories of people’s lives changing thanks to our product) and Memes (because everyone loves a good meme, as long as it’s relevant).

I significantly increased engagement bringing Instagram followers from 25 to over 2.8K in the first year. On Facebook, I brought in 1K+ new page likes, generating new homeowner leads and a 181% increase in website traffic. See below for samples of my content.
